This is a juried event, which means vendors are thoughtfully selected based on their photos, product descriptions, and online presence. High-quality photos of your products and booth setup are super important—they help us see your style and how you’ll fit into the overall vibe of the show. If you’re a new business, don’t be discouraged. We absolutely encourage fresh new businesses to apply!

You will be emailed if you've been accepted within 2 weeks. Once accepted, you will receive an invoice via email, PAYMENT IS DUE WITHIN 14 BUSINESS DAYS otherwise you forfeit your spot.

Our primary focus is on health and holistic for the mind, body and spirit.

Vendor selection is something we take very seriously. We aim for a thoughtful mix of products to ensure our guests and shoppers have a diverse and inspiring experience. To do this, we’re careful not to accept too many vendors in the same category. While we wish we could accept everyone, space is limited.

SOCIAL MEDIA- We love seeing how you show up online! Your social media presence helps us get a feel for your brand, your vibe, and how you connect with your community. It also plays a big part in helping us spread the word and build excitement for the expo together. If you have a new social media account we understand it takes time to build!

IOWA TAX ID NUMBER- Also, we are required by the State of Iowa to have an Iowa Sales Tax ID Number for all vendors. If you don't have one you can still fill out your application, but you will need to send your Tax ID number to us before the Expo.

INSURANCE- We highly recommend having your own vendor general liability insurance. You can obtain this through most insurance companies. It's available for just single events or a yearly policy.
